The sacred and the profane in a residential area

The text propose a division of the living space into a sacred space and secular space. It compare this idea with rules from traditional societies. This text describes especially features of Catholic flats of Poland and it looks for common features with flats of desacralised society. The text shows cryptotheological attitude of secular people. It gives an example of TV set as a medium and as an object of a secular cult. It also shows the privacy as a contemporary sacred value.
