The article presents the results of the research covering the six-month period of the activity of the Polish Section of the Pontifical Foundation Aid to the Church in Need (PKWP) on Facebook. A typology of posts from the analyzed period was made according to standardized types of activity. The presented content and the model of institutional social communication reflect the way the PKWP organization operates and outline its image in a realistic way. In the analyzed period, over 1,000 people participated in two groups of PKWP supporters that created on Facebook. At the same time, the number of PKWP fan page likes increased by 7.5%.
