The article contains conducted findings with method of conducting a survey, holding talks and the interview, where they put for game teachers, for athletes, for employees scientific of sports colleges, for coaches and instructors and students of sports directions and the physical education of the question following: what role of the authority and the example in the sports environment is your sentence? and what conversations are most often current in sports circles?
