The article describes legal issues of the exploitation of a national team member’s image by the Polish Sports Association. All the most important doubts concerning legal interpretation in accordance with the act 14 from 25th June 2010 about sport (with the arrangements of judicature and doctrine taken into account) were discussed here comprehensively. In the work there is also an explanation of the term “image” itself, the scope of the right of personal portrayal and the entity entitled to it.
