The aim of the study was to verify the availability of a digitized political and information press published in the Second Polish Republic. Periodicals of this profile have been defined as a platform for the expression of different parties, and they also include press titles that address political issues that are „differently politically scaled”. Both serious and sensational journals are included in this category. The first part of the article is a reminder of the general socio-political conditions of the 1918–1939 press in the review of the subject literature. After the analysis, it was found that the majority of the most important political writing of this period have been digitized and are easily accessible to historians, media and political scientists. The studies are preliminary and are intended to be a continuation of a flagrant series of articles, concerning digitization of indigenous writings that are differently profiled.
