Issues combining the concept of CSR and teaching the Catholic Church

The aim of the article is to assess the scope of compliance of the CSR concept with the teaching of the Catholic Church. The assessment will be possible thanks to the combination of these two areas. At the beginning for definitional reasons, and then by indicating connecting elements. It is not just about showing these basic issues discussed in the literature, such as ethical or employee issues. The aim is to be a broader analysis and to check whether and what the Catholic Church can have to say in more specific CSR issues, such as non-financial reports, circular economy or a sustainable supply chain. A direct comparison of these issues with the teaching of the Catholic Church is the added value of the article.
