The border between joke and hatred in the Internet. An attempt to answer based on selected examples

Author gives definitions of “beka” and “hejt” and attempts to identify the border, beyond which hate speech begins. Based on examples from the politics and journalism, shows how “hejt” changes relations between voters and politicians, and how it affects the course of political campaigns. Author also shows how common consent to hejting changing society and formulates proposals about fight with network’s haters.
